The BLACKROLL® PRO fascial roll is 50% harder than the BLACKROLL® STANDARD and noticeably increases the elasticity and performance of the muscles with little effort and simple exercises. Due to the very hard degree of hardness, however, it should be taken into account that the PRO is only suitable for experienced scooters or people who are not sensitive to pain. Regular practice with the BLACKROLL® PRO will ensure that the relaxing effect lasts for a long time. Functional exercises can also be varied and intensified with the BLACKROLL® PRO.
