The Customer Card gives you an immediate loyalty discount at checkout on a wide selection of items. It also serves as a simplified warranty service: you no longer need to keep your paper receipts, as your purchases are directly saved to your account. Additionally, it gives you priority access to our exclusive offers and invitations.
You can make your purchases online and choose free in-store pickup (Click & Collect) at our Wickrange or Ingeldorf branches, usually available within 1 to 2 business days. For home delivery in Luxembourg, the service is free for orders over €100.
If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from receipt or purchase to request an exchange or a refund. Returns are completely free of charge when made directly in-store. The item must be returned brand new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
For any technical issues, warranty claims, or complaints, you can fill out our online Help & Claims form on the ASPORT website. Our dedicated team will process your request as quickly as possible. For heavy equipment, our ASPORT Fitness Service is also available to schedule diagnostics or repairs.
